- Fresh Bucks signups: to enroll you in the Fresh Bucks produce box program we collect your name, phone number, email (optional), delivery address and instructions, language preference, and — so we can verify your benefits — your Fresh Bucks card number and/or a photo of your card.
- Basic usage data: standard server and analytics information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

- To process and fulfill Fresh Bucks signups — including verifying your benefit balance, confirming your card is accepted, scheduling delivery by region, and contacting you about your box.

Fresh Bucks card information
Your Fresh Bucks card number and any card photo you upload are treated as sensitive information. Card photos are stored in private, access-controlled storage and are visible only to authorized Cascadia staff who process your order. We do not collect credit or debit card numbers, and no payment is taken through this website.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the site and program (such as hosting, database, and email providers), and with program or funding partners and government agencies where required to administer benefits or meet reporting obligations.
