Wholesale produce, sourced local.
Cascadia is like a mini broadliner — we source and sell food of all types.
With 25+ years of experience in Washington's food system, we know what works as well as what gaps still exist. Knowledge of the status quo system layered with experience in food rescue, and food security have informed Cascadia's primary mission; making sure farmers are paid, people are fed, and nothing is wasted. We do this by blending our sourcing to include local foods, surplus and retail rejected foods, and regular wholesale — all available in one place and deliverable on one truck.
As a local food hub, we've built strong relationships with farmers, food producers, nonprofits, and public agencies throughout the state. We've also successfully managed government contracts, giving us experience navigating compliance requirements while maintaining the flexibility to serve local communities.
We believe the best business relationships come from helping people solve real problems. That's why we focus on finding practical, creative solutions that meet each customer's unique needs, whether they're picking up ten cases, coordinating emergency food distribution, sourcing local products, or managing large-scale logistics.
