Programs

We make food boxes.

From federal programs to neighborhood food banks, Cascadia has built fast, reliable food box programs for communities across Washington. We source the food, pack the boxes, and help you get them where they need to go.

Our specialty

Food boxes of all types.

We source food and assemble food boxes in our 4,600-square-foot refrigerated cooler, ensuring fresh products remain in optimal condition throughout the packing process. Cascadia has produced food boxes for federal programs, the Washington State Department of Agriculture, County level programs, and a wide range of food security and community partners.

We specialize in identifying, sourcing, and delivering vibrant, affordable food assortments tailored to the needs of the communities we serve.

Reflecting community

Culturally relevant boxes.

We source a wide variety of produce and specialize in building food boxes that reflect the preferences and traditions of the communities they serve. By gathering input from community representatives, we design assortments that balance cultural relevance, nutrition, affordability, and variety.

Getting food there

Doorstep delivery partnerships.

Cascadia works with a variety of partners—including DoorDash, Amazon, VaMo, and even nonprofit volunteers—to coordinate efficient food distribution throughout Washington. We help organize food box pickups from customer facilities, churches, parking lots, and our Auburn warehouse, delivering to communities from Walla Walla to Bremerton and beyond.

Whether through last-mile delivery services or direct distribution, we have developed creative solutions to reach people across the state—not just in the areas surrounding our warehouse, though we love to serve our local customers as well.

Contact us to discuss your food distribution needs and learn how we can help expand your reach.

“Cascadia helped put food on the tables of families we couldn’t have served without their creativity and experience.”

— Jose Garza, Othello Food Bank
Food boxes

Wholesale food boxes.

Cascadia sources and assembles food boxes for dozens of Washington state nonprofit partners. Box contents are driven by your needs — we provide expertise and recommendations while working within your budget and product preferences. Boxes can be tailored to include fresh produce, dairy, eggs, frozen proteins, pantry staples, and more, with access to both locally grown Washington products and affordable options from our broadline distribution partners.

Pricing

Most boxes range from $24–$35 per box, including packaging and labor for assembly. Final pricing depends on the products selected and total order volume.

Pickup & delivery

Pick up from our Auburn warehouse via dock or drive-up access, or we can arrange delivery for an additional fee. A pallet typically holds 40–50 boxes.

Food safety

Our warehouse is third-party food-safety audited regularly. All products are professionally stored and handled before, during, and after box assembly.
