We sell food.

From single pallets to full truckloads, Cascadia brings many options to one hub — low-cost surplus, regular wholesale, and Washington-grown foods — so food banks, schools, institutions, markets, and food businesses can choose their own adventure.

How we source

Wholesale food sourcing.

With nearly 25 years buying and selling food in Western Washington, Cascadia’s owner understands how to work within the existing wholesale system, connecting it to new customers while weaving in local food access as well as opportunity foods (surplus/retail rejected food) visibility. We provide large access, with personal service that can help customers capture additional value while supporting small business and the local food economy.

What we sell

One supplier, many channels.

A sample of what flows through our Auburn warehouse every week — all of it professionally stored and handled in a third-party food-safety-audited facility.

Fresh fruit & vegetables

The heart of what we do. Apples, pears, berries, stone fruit, melons, potatoes, onions, squash, leafy greens, peppers, and more — Washington-grown produce alongside regular wholesale produce of all types, moved fresh on our own refrigerated fleet.

Washington grown, raised & caught

We source from many local farms, producers, and food businesses — and we can cite the farms we source from, with documentation to support grant reimbursement or organizational goal tracking. Our freezer expansion lets us offer local pork, beef, chicken, and fish.

Eggs & dairy

Milk, cheese, yogurt, butter, and eggs — staples every family counts on, sourced at wholesale value and kept cold from our warehouse to your dock.

Frozen proteins

Halal and non-Halal meat and poultry, plus Washington-raised and -caught frozen proteins. Our pallet freezer capacity keeps growing to meet demand.

Dry goods, canned & pantry

Rice, beans, lentils, oils, canned vegetables, legumes, soup, and shelf-stable staples — the affordable backbone of food boxes, pantries, and backpack programs.

Low-cost surplus food

Our surplus and consignment work means perfectly good food at prices that stretch budgets. Buying low-cost surplus creates room in your budget for local foods, valuable proteins, and culturally significant items.
